1Our Commitment

Gilkes Media Ltd exists to grow our clients' businesses through paid advertising, SEO, website design and AI lead nurturing. This policy sets out what quality means to us, how we build it into every piece of work we deliver, and how clients or partners can hold us to it.

We commit to delivering every campaign, website and system we build to a professional standard, on time, and against agreed objectives. This applies equally to every client, regardless of size or contract value, and to every team member and subcontractor working under the Gilkes Media name.

2Scope of This Policy

This policy covers all services delivered by Gilkes Media Ltd, including:

  • Paid advertising management (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms)
  • Search engine optimisation (technical, on-page and content)
  • Website design, build and conversion rate optimisation
  • AI-driven lead nurturing and automation systems

3What Quality Means in Practice

Every project we deliver is held to the following standards:

  • Every campaign is planned against clear, agreed goals before a single pound is spent
  • Every website and landing page is checked across major browsers and devices before it goes live
  • Every client has a named point of contact and a stated response time, confirmed at the start of the engagement
  • Performance is reported on a regular, agreed schedule, in plain English, with the numbers that matter rather than vanity metrics
  • Nothing goes live without a second person reviewing it first

4How We Maintain It

Quality is built into how we work, not checked for at the end. Campaigns and websites go through an internal review before client sign-off, and account strategies and technical builds are documented so that work isn't dependent on one person's memory.

Team standards

  • Platform certifications (including Google and Meta) are kept current across the team
  • We track algorithm and policy changes that affect client results and adjust our approach accordingly
  • Client accounts follow a documented strategy, not ad hoc decisions

5Continuous Improvement

We review client results and internal processes regularly, not just when something goes wrong. Where a campaign, page or system underperforms against its goal, we investigate why and change our approach rather than repeating it. Lessons learned from one client's account are used to improve how we work for every client.

6Compliance & Data

All client and campaign data is handled in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We work within the advertising policies of every platform we use, and build websites to current accessibility and technical standards.

For full detail on how we collect, use and protect data, see our Privacy Policy.

7If Something Falls Short

If a client feels our work hasn't met this standard, we want to hear about it directly. Concerns can be raised with your account contact in the first instance, or directly with Jason Gilkes, Founder & Managing Director. We aim to acknowledge any concern within one working day and agree next steps within five.

8Ownership & Review

This policy is owned by the Founder & Managing Director and reviewed annually, or sooner if our services or ways of working change materially. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
